About Our Community
Welcome to emPOWer Women, a dynamic network of executive women dedicated to networking, socializing, mutual support, and professional growth. Since our founding in September 2020, emPOWer Women has cultivated a space/community where executive women can meet peers, make connections, and flourish professionally and personally. We are committed to empowering our members through professional growth and personal camaraderie, confidentiality, accountability, friendship, and respect. Our guidelines are designed to ensure a productive, supportive, and enriching experience for all members.
Eligibility Criteria
Membership is open to executive women who have demonstrated significant achievement in their careers. Prospective members should have at least ten years of professional experience showcasing leadership, innovation, and resilience in their respective fields.
Members are expected to actively participate in our annual events, including book clubs, volunteer activities, happy hours, and the annual retreat. Engagement is key to fostering a strong, supportive community.
Members should be willing to share their knowledge, experiences, and insights to uplift and support fellow members. Whether through mentoring, networking, or collaborative projects, contributing to the emPOWer Women community enhances the value we all gain.

Membership Process
