Welcome to emPOWer, a dynamic network of executive women dedicated to networking, socializing, mutual support, and professional growth. Since our founding in September 2020, emPOWer has cultivated a space/community where executive women can meet peers, make connections, and flourish professionally and personally.
We are committed to empowering our members through professional growth and personal camaraderie, confidentiality, accountability, friendship, and respect. Our guidelines are designed to ensure a productive, supportive, and enriching experience for all members.
Prospective members must submit an application form, detailing their professional achievements and motivations for joining. Applications are reviewed by our membership committee to ensure alignment with our values and goals.
Membership is renewed annually, contingent upon the member's active participation and adherence to our guidelines. Members may choose to leave emPOWer at any time; however, we encourage open communication regarding any concerns or suggestions for improvement. The organization reserves the right to terminate membership if a member consistently fails to meet the guidelines or acts in a manner that is detrimental to the community's values.
